It is basically an enhanced version of the neutral picture style that mimics some of the behavior of film with a custom gamma curve and colorimetry that was created with the Kodak Vision 3 piccture the main reference.

Please help us fix any such links from your forum posts! I find them easier to use than flat picture styles. I definitely feel all sample footage needs grading in order to make it look more like film.

You should be able to scroll through all the native Canon styles plus the User Def. Can you point me to this pro profiling software?

Still haven't received a confirming email nor the actual download I'm curious to see how far it can be pushed in post although if I have any intention from the get-go to do intensive color grading, I'll just shoot with Cinestyle instead.

Obviously this electronic boost results in an increase of noise but since our styles are tailored to a specific cnielook, a little bit of noise should not be a concern and can easily be taken care of by Neat Video. Heck I know a certain kickstarter campaign MUCH more deserving of our money than etyle lacklustre profile.
